Please be careful in when choosing service so as Qxpress insurance service is provided newly to be available an insurance service only for SG local standard delivery service type, since 1st Nov 2013.

If there is not joined to QX insurance services: compensation per damaged cargo is limited to 100 US dollars.

If there is joined to QX insurance services : compensation is within insurance claim amount per damaged cargo

The main terms and conditions related New insurance service are as follows

• Damages covered by insurance : QXPRESS compensates damages of total loss and partial loss occurred during transport of insured parcel at inland.
• Section of insurance coverage : Qxpress provides an insurance service when choosing insurance service only for SG local standard delivery type.
• Coverage of insurance : Qxpress provides compensation based on reported amount shown on waybill of insured parcel.
• Insurance premium : Insurance premium of transporting section = reported amount x 1.0%
