What are the changes? - You may see the API status more clearly. - For some Channels required Authorization, Authorization process will be proceeded before registration so that your Key is working well. - There will be duplicated check going on so that 1 API Key to be connected to only 1 Smartship account.

| 6 | Important Notice : Changes of Qxpress Storage Fee (Effective from March 1st, 2024) Dear valued Qxpress fulfilment clients,
Qxpress Singapore has minimally adjusted their storage fee structure to all our fulfilment clients with effect from 1st March 2024.
The only difference from the current storage fee is that S$15 for ~ 30 days segment has increased to S$30 instead.
The reason for an increasment in storage fee is due to escalating costs from rental, consumables and manpower.

| 7 | [JP]2023年1月16日～ 保留貨物の保管期限の制限について（スマート配送・海外配送代行） 販売店各位
平素より各別のご愛顧を頂き誠にありがとうございます。 Qxpress JPでございます。
このたびスマート配送（海外配送代行サービス）のご利用においてQxpress物流センターへお送りくださるお荷物につきまして、2023年1月16日（月）よりエラーにより滞留した保留貨物の保管期限を下記のように定めさせていただく事となりました。
１． 保留貨物の保管期限は、Qxpress物流センター到着から原則 14日間（2週間）とさせていただきます。
２． 出荷もしくはフルフィルメントで入庫が期限までなされないお荷物、あるいは連絡を頂けず保管期限を超過したお荷物は廃棄処分とさせていただきます。 ※なお係る代金などの負担は弊社ではできかねますので予めご了承くださいませ。
３． 本件の施行は2023年1月16日（月）～と致します。
４． 施行日時点で既に保留されている貨物に対しては、上記同日を起算日としてご対応させていただきます。
5. 破棄の場合、別途破棄費用をいただいております。料金については破棄される際cbtdelivery@qxpress.jpまでお問い合わせくださいませ。
なお、エラーにより入出庫ができない原因や保留貨物として滞留する要因は主だって以下のようなものがございます。
・出荷に係る費用分のQxmoneyもしくはQマネーの残高不足 ・バーコードラベルが適切に貨物へ貼付されていない ・バーコードラベルの番号に照応する注文件が存在しない／キャンセル・削除されている ・参照番号（Ref No.）が該当注文件に登録されていない ・貨物外装に注文件あるいは販売店様の確認できる情報が記載されていない

平素よりQXPRESSサービスをご利用いただきありがとうございます。 Qxpress JAPANです。
当社では日本発韓国向け配送におきまして、より迅速な配送サービスを提供するため、 ルート自動化サービスを開始いたします。
動物·植物検疫が発生して結果不合格になり廃棄される事例を防止するため、検疫可能性のある商品に対し、 通知や適切なルートでの発送変更について事前案内を行っておりました。
結果、出荷が見送られるケースや、配送が予想より遅れるなど、案内メールの確認や返信が遅れ、 長期間保管される貨物が発生しております。
当社としましては、より迅速かつ快適な配送サービスのため、 動物·植物検疫の事前案内を行わず、極力適切なルートでの発送を実施いたします。
弊社から確認できる輸入不可商品については、今まで通り事前案内を行う予定ですが、 動物/植物検疫に関しては事前案内を行いませんので予めご了承くださいませ。
検疫は動植物の成分が含まれ得る場合発生しますので、食品や木材など動植物に関連する商品を発送される場合には 検疫を行う可能性があります。
検疫の有無や合格可否については、当社の管轄ではなく、韓国税関検疫所の管轄となっておりますので、 明確なお答えができかねますこと、ご理解をお願いいたします。 検疫が発生した場合、その内容によって(検疫後の合格/不合格時の廃棄など)フォワダーや通関会社を通じ、 荷受人様へ案内されますので、ご参考の程お願いいします。
尚、検疫費用につきましては検疫が発生した場合は自動的に代納処理となり月末〆月初にまとめて請求を支えていただきます。 ※ 検疫合格・不合格に関わらず、検疫対象と判断された場合、費用が発生しますので予めご了承をお願いいたします。 また一部商品が不合格になった場合、分離作業に伴う再梱包費用は自動代納となり、月末〆翌月ご請求させていただきます。

당사에서는 보다 빠른 배송서비스를 제공하기 위해 라우트 자동화 서비스를 시작하고자 합니다.
동물/식물 검역이 발생하여 결과 불합격되어 폐기되는 경우를 방지하고자 검역의 가능성에 대한알림 및 적절한 라우트를 설정함과 동시에 판매처에서 당황스럽지 않게 사전 안내를 진행하고 있었습니다.
결과 출하가 보류되어 배송이 예상보다 늦어지는 경우나 안내메일의 확인 및 회신이 지연되어 장기간 보관되는 화물이 발생하고 있습니다.
당사로서는 보다 빠르고 쾌적한 배송서비스를 위하여 동물/식물 검역의 사전안내를 진행하지 않고 최대한 적절한 라우트로의 발송을 진행하고자 합니다.
당사에서 확인이 가능한 수입이 불가한 상품에 대해서는 지금까지와 같이 사전안내를 진행할 예정입니다만 이 또한 당사 관할이 아니오니 양해 부탁드리며, 동식물 검역에 관련하여서는 사전안내를 진행하지 아니하오니 참고 부탁드립니다.
검역은 동/식물 관련하여 발생하오니 식품이나 목재 등 동/식물과 관련되어 있는 상품을 발송하실 경우에는 발생할 수 있는 가능성이 있다고 판단해주시기 바랍니다.
검역에 대해서는 당사의 관할이 아닌 한국세관 검역소의 관할이라 명확한 대답을 드리지 못하는 점 다시 한번 양해를 부탁드립니다. 검역이 발생 시 그 내용에 따라(검역 후 합격/ 불합격 시 폐기 등) 포워더 측이나 통관회사, 수하인에게로 안내되오니 업무에 참고 부탁드립니다.

| 10 | Changes of Smartship Dashboard (from 20th, Dec) Attention SmartShip users,
On December 20, the dashboard function at the top of the Smartship main screen will be changed.
The new dashboard allows you to see the status of orders linked to multiple shopping sites and APIs at a glance,
It provides clearer and more detailed information about the status of orders by order status and the status of suspended/error orders.
1. Order status shows the status of orders that need to be processed by you.
2. you can view the status of canceled/returned/exchange claims. Smart Ship 2.0 also provides the ability to process claims from some partner sites.
3. Show orders with errors or delays in shipping preparation and processing by reason on the dashboard.
4. Displays the order status of sales channel accounts connected to the API.
 In addition, the order status by sales channel feature automatically recommends available merchant accounts on partner sites such as Qoo10 based on your Smartship account information, and you can connect seller account and API by a brife process.
This feature will be applied to the Smartship service starting December 20th.
