Dear Valued Clients, Qxpress Fulfilment Service rates will be revised with effect from 1 November 2020.
Effective since 1st November, 2020
1. The Account Grade shall be evaluated by every 2 months. (Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, Oct & Dec)
VIP: More than 2,001 parcels in the peak month during latest 2 months
Gold: more than 1,001 parcels
Premium: more than 201 parcels

As for all parcels sending to oversea, we will like all our valued customers to input the item URL in the 'Item Order'.
With this item URL, we will be able to process all oversea parcels faster in order to reduce the delay.

PAYMENT & VOUCHERS
Q: How do I pay for Qxpress services rendered?
A: You would need to charge your account with Q-money first before Qxpress can deduct from your Q-account for the services rendered. Alternatively, you may purchase Qdelivery vouchers to register delivery orders.
Q: How do I top-up Q-money.
A: You may top-up Q-money with the follow supported payment gateways: Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard & JCB), WeChat Pay & Alipay (for Chinese ID card holders only).
Q: What is the maximum number of pickup locations my account can register?
A: Accounts are allowed to register up to 5 pickup locations.
Q: I am unable to print the airway bill due to lack of printer.
A: It is mandatory to print out the airway bill and fix it to your parcel for Qxpress to pickup.
Q: How do I upload multiple orders at once?
A: Download excel template and input all required fields in highlighed in yellow. [Step 1. Select File] > [Step 2. Upload File] > [Step 3. Registration]
Q: What is acceptable packaging for Qxpress to handle?
A: If the items are fragile (glass, liquid in bottle with cap, electronics), extra protection such as bubble wrap, foam nuts, other fillers are required to ensure that there are no movable spaces within the carton box. An airway bill has to be attached to the parcel for Qxpress collection.
Q: What is the compensation cap for Qxpress delivery services?
A: Unless the parcel shall is covered by Qxpress insurance, the maximum compensation limit is capped at SGD$300.
Q: How do I request for pickup?
A: Courier Delivery > Register Delivery Order > Warehouse shipping order register section > Click 'Request for Pickup'. Select pickup date, input accurate parcel quantity for pickup, selection pickup location and click on 'Request'.
ACCOUNT GRADE PROGRAMME
Q: Why has my account grade not changed for me to enjoy the discount?
A: Account grade is evaluated bi-monthly (Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, Oct & Dec). For example, if your volume for January – 500 parcels ; February – 2,100 parcels, your account will enjoy VIP grade for next two months (March & April)
Q: Will my linked accounts share the same grade?
A: Linked accounts will all share the same grade with the account enjoying the highest grade. (e.g.: Corporate ID: Premium ; Qoo10 ID 1: Gold ; Qoo10 ID 2; VIP -- VIP grade will be applied to all 3 accounts)
Q: How do I obtain a better account grade?
A: Based on bi-monthly parcel volume evaluation. VIP: More than 2,001 parcels in the peak month during latest 2 months, Gold: more than 1,001 parcels, Premium: more than 201 parcels.
